Her Majesty The Queen and HRH Prince Philip visited Cambridge University Hospitals to open the major new extension to the Rosie Hospital for women's health and maternity services.

Our solution
Three of our photographers, Jaclyn Swindell, Melanie Yeneralski and Lex Ballantyne, were on hand to record the entire visit and we think we have captured some of the loveliest pictures of The Queen in the year.
Our photos won a Bronze Award in The Institute of Medical Illustrators Awards 2013.
