Test Call

To ensure you can connect to Pulse MDT we have a test call service

This allows you to test that your firewall allows connection to the PulseMDT server - if not you will see three dots spinning round.
Additionally you can check your camera, microphone and speakers are all working

TEST CALL

  1. Using a web browser, go to PulseMDT webpage (opens in a new tab)
  2. Allow your camera and microphone if prompted
  3. Enter your name
  4. Select the the dots and choose your camera and audio devices
  5. click on the back arrow
  6. Click VIDEO
  7. enter test.call@pulsemeeting.co.uk

You should hear a female voice asking you to speak and see your camera. If you only see three spinning dots then you have a firewall or security software blocking access to or from the Pulse MDT site

FYI - Options 2-5 will not need to be repeated when connecting to a meeting
