You will be sent the invitation for the meeting by the meeting organiser This will have all required details for connecting to the meeting
Working from home or using Citrix
Please ensure you use the browser from your local computer desktop (not Citrix application) to connect to PulseMDT.
The reason for this is Citrix/remote working uses a virtual work space which will not function correctly for video conference calls.
